Eleanor was born in 1999, she attended Victoria primary school then followed on to Downshire secondary school. Eleanor is now attending Belfast metropolitan college on her final year of Level 3 childcare.

Eleanor has always shown an interest in performing by partaking in school plays, a variety of dance lessons, and 2 young American workshops which lead her to join Uplift Performing Arts when she was 11 years old. During her years at Uplift she has taken part in many shows such as: Christmas Shows, Spring Shows, Summer Schemes, Dinner Theatre (2012-2017) and three Murder Mysteries. Due to growing her skills in the three disciplines of preforming arts (dance, acting and singing) through Uplift and showing commitment she has also been given the opportunity to help and be a leader in some of these productions. In the summer of 2016 Eleanor was given the opportunity to travel to Carrickfergus’ sister city Danville, Kentucky as a cast member to take part in a cultural exchange music outreach program. Here Eleanor taught in workshops teaching and furthering children’s skills in the three disciplines of performing arts. These workshops also allowed us to work on the children’s confidence and self-esteem.

Eleanor is very passionate about Uplift and is very grateful for the opportunities she has been given throughout her 7 years. Eleanor is also very excited to be able to use these skills to help her work with the children and help them grow as performers.
